Description of Works Undertaken:
The installation of 2no 120kW floor mounted condensing gas boilers, boiler flue works, 2no 120kW plate heat exchangers, pipework, LTHW heating chemical flushing and dosing works, Trend BEMS and controls etc.
The works included new power and lighting, asbestos removal and builders works within the basement boiler plantroom prior to the installation of the new gas boiler plant
